We are first and foremost a community of amazing neighbors who choose Monticello Park as their preferred place to live. We are physicians, teachers, artists, business owners, and professionals of all kinds. Young families, retired couples, people of every creed, religion, and persuasion…all contribute to the great mix we call neighbors. We watch over each others’ homes, socialize at neighborhood events, advocate for neighborhood infrastructure, and work with each other to create what we believe is the best neighborhood in the city.
The Monticello Park Neighborhood Association
The Monticello Park Neighborhood Association serves the interests of nearly 650 households in the neighborhood bounded by Wilson, Babcock, Fredericksburg, and Donaldson. MPNA Map.
We are a 501(c)3, non-profit organization, devoted to promoting, preserving, and enhancing the values and quality of life within our boundaries. We raise funds through our Holiday Home Tour and host social activities for our neighbors throughout the year. In addition, we fund college scholarships and beautification grants to give back to and build our community.
In 1995, the majority of the Monticello Park neighborhood was designated as the Monticello Park Historic District, which has since grown to include hundreds of homes within the boundaries of the Jefferson Neighborhood Association, our friends to the south. Monticello Park Historic District Map

Board of Directors meetings are held the first Monday of each month at 6:30 PM at the Deco Building, 1800 Fredericksburg Road, Suite 116.
